here we has an 18thc artist metamorphic desk, although this could easily be a library desk also, copied from an original line drawing found in an old antiques magazine, the desk has a leather inset top as the original, a pull out front reveals a writing slope or artist rest over a well and quadrant drawers to each side, to one side are 3 graduated drawers with cockbeading brass handles and lock plates, the desk comes complete with the candlestick and brushes just to get you started,

I haven't made one of these for years and doubt I will for a few more now,
